Hey Im New

Hi everyone

I started out with a 1992 zzr 250 which is my first bike, its a wee bit rough round the edges but nothing a respray wouldnt sort. I liked it that much I was on the look out for something a bit newer so I recently picked up a 2011 ninja which had been poorly changed into a street fighter and I am now in the process of making it standard again a nice wee project for the incoming winter and will hopefully start a thread to show my progress I have a few wiring questions which hopefully can get sorted.

Thanks

Cheers yeah I have a wiring diagram but I cant seem to find the one wire I need to connect. Its a single yellow with silver and has a female bullet connector on it its located at the rear of the bike.

Great bike, cool project.

Check out Verboten1 's thread on his build. He took a bad fighter conversion that some idiot zip tied turn signals two and rebuilt it to better than stock.

https://www.ninjette.org/forums/show...ight=verboten1

Are you buying a new exhaust or modifying yours? I have seen a thread somewhere about cutting down the stock exhaust - that would allow you to get that unsightly dent out the way super cheaply.

good luck.

What are you doing with the fighter head lights ? You should barter them for parts for your bike lol. A lot of people on here have spare parts that would help ya out.

The exhaust on at the moment is an aftermarket one but yeah I will be changing it for a leo vince one which I picked up a few months ago before I even got the bike lol. The fighter parts will probably be boxed and put in storage. There not many of these bikes for spares in Northern Ireland where Im from and unfortunately postage and customs charges on spare parts from the us would is very expensive, Im kinda screwed lol

Solution. - Get a bunch of guys to donate parts for your project.

pay pal them all to ship the parts to me.

You provide me a place to crash while I visit your fine land!

I pack all your parts into me suit case!

You would have to wait a few months before I can save up for a flight to ireland.

PM me if you believe I am serious. Because I seriously like to travel.
