What Santa brought me....first in 20 years..

Well must say that my wife went above and beyond this year for Xmas. This is my first bike in 20 years and I love it. She spent a lot of time doing the research and decided that this was the best one to get. Completely blew me away. Only issue I had is she works for Fox so my jacket and helmet were all mx stuff. Anyway that all that went back.

Brand new, 3 miles on the odometer...250 now. First oil change done at 50 miles...question on the 500 mile service, which I plan on doing myself, do the valves need to be checked?

No mods yet, thinking of the sport cowl and rear fender kit......

Great forum and lots of great reading, looking forward to spending many a night here.

You know, sometimes Santa gets things right

as for the valve check, I'm not sure if Kawasaki suggests it or not, but it wouldn't be a bad idea just to check them.
