New guy.....

Hi,

I've been checking out this forum since getting my 2001 ZZR 250 last fall. Finally decided to register.

It's such a fun bike to ride. I did a solo 1800km road trip out to Thunderbay and back in August without a hiccup and spent a measly $80 in gas.

I've done some minors mods: 15T sprocket, homemade rearset brackets, barend mirrors (made covers for the stock mirror mounts), fender eliminator and stripped the paint off the body mounted turn signals.

I just used some spare sheet metal I had lying around and started shaping it to the approximate teardrop shape. Cut the head off 2 bolts and welded them on as studs. Painted them black and bolted them on.

The bike looks like it has 2 eyebrows when you look from the front lol.

Hi sharky.....

I LOVE your 07 in your avatar. There's an 07 here with that colour scheme for sale that I've been resisting buying. Looks cleaner than the 05-06 special edition 636 with the red tribal flames. Seems most guys peel those decals off anyways.
