Hi guys, I'm Jerome, 38 years old from France.
I just discover this website about the Ninjette and I have to say it is awsome
Well, my english is not perfect but I'm sure you will understand me

I had own a ninja 250r and now I own a 300 with ABS that I bought last year in the end of october.

Here are the pictures :

My ex 250r FI with following mods : Michelin pilot power tyres 110 and 150, high wind screen from Kawasaki, LSL crash pads and Leo Vince LV One exhaust slip on. She look awsome !

The package that contains my 300 :

Welcome home my Ninja 300 :

That was the first day I got it, first time at home with my 300

How she look now with mods : High wind screen from Kawasaki, Leo Vince LV One slip on exhaust and rear seat cover. Next week I will get the Pirelli Diablo Rosso 2 in the original size, mean 110 and 140. She is amazing !

Detail of the exhaust system with carbon fibre heat protection :

Thanks for the picture, you have more choices in the colours than us but I notice you don't have the lime green nor the white one. Well, my favourite is the SE so you are really lucky to have this one She looks so kick ass

This is the 300 Performance
http://www.kawasaki.eu/Ninja300Performance

She got the Leo Vince LV one slip on, the rim tape, the tank pad, the high wind screen and the rear seat cover... that's how I want mine to look like, I just need to add the rim tape and the tank protector then she will be perfect for me

Hi Jerome and welcome, can you tell me how the ninja 250 with the leo vince exhaust compares to the stock 300?

I ask because the FI 250 bikes are quoted to have more horsepower than the carbed models, and the 250 with a performance exhaust in theory is very close to a stock 300, if you're to believe the figures.

Where about in France are you from Jerome? I visit France quite often since it's such a short boat ride, in fact I am looking at Saint Malo, from my window now

Hello, well it is not so easy to compare because my 300 has only 1100 kilometers now, it's about 700 miles so I can't ride full throttle before something like 1000 miles. I have an appointement next week to make the first oil change...
But I already can say that the 300 is different to drive, I mean the engine has more torque and more power in the low and mid RPM, I really value this difference. You know the 250 was slow under 8000 RPM and after 8000 RPM then she was really fast. I don't know yet how is the 300 after 8000 RPM because I didn't already try.
Also I have to say that the sound of the Leo Vince exhaust was more agressive one the 250 than on the 300, it seems to be a little more quiet and calm on the 300 nevertheless it is the same exhaust.

So I will tell you more when I will be able to ride full throttle but I already now that the 300 has a better potential in the low and mid RPM.

I'm living at the opposite of Saint Malo, it is in a little village not so far from Strasbourg, about 50 miles. Do you know Strasbourg ?

By the way I'm not far from Germany, about 1h30 from the famous track of the Nurburgring !

I havn't been as far east as the Alsace region, I typically stick to Dinard, Saint Malo and Cherbourg. I have driven down as far as Nice but I wouldn't do that again, train or plane!

I am planning to ride down to the south of France over the space of a few weeks next year if I can get my hands on a BMW touring bike

Have you been to The Nurburgring? Pics if you have!

Ok, interesting Yes it is a long trip to south of France... Better by plain
By the way I also visited your country, I was in London and in Cambridge, it is long time ago you know it was with the school to learn english as I was student

Yes I have pictures of the Nurburging, I drove their few times with cars, I had a Subaru then a Boxster 2.5 but was few years ago, I'm little bit scared to ride their with a motorcycle because cars and bikes drive together

I will search the pictures then I will post them here

Nice, I went to England for University to study computer science in Portsmouth.

Guernsey isn't actually part of the UK or England, we're as much to do with England or the UK as is Canada and Australia.

I believe there are a couple users on here from Cambridge, Akima and Whiskey.
