Watch for the massive streak of rubber as he gets on the throttle. Also notice that his face shield flies open on impact.

Good job by the rider on the camera bike for missing this guy!

I'm guessing that's why you're 'spose to where a back protector at the track eh? Can one of you please explain what caused this high side? I'm thinking he hit the throttle too hard while he was too far leaned over, but would like to know for sure....

That would cause a lowside though it was definitely the start of this crash. I'd say he was going to lowside, realized it, then backed off the throttle to try to avoid crashing except he backed off too much and the rear got traction back outside of alignment with the front causing the highside. In the situation where the rear is sliding the correct response is to maintain throttle correct? I believe it is but am not 100% sure.
