That works too.
One camping video I saw used a tea infuser packed 100% full of coffee and dropped in just like a tea bag. It was just boiled over a fire. Apparently worked very well. Just use a filter or cheesecloth and roll it together, dip it like a tea bag...works well.

Well, let me put it to you this way...my wife really REALLY likes Starbucks. Yet, she will almost always take Dunkin' over 'Bucks.
Starbucks...yeah I had a friend in high school whose name is Starbuck. True fact.

It's hard to imagine that makes the coffee any stronger than the French Press.

burning the coffee sure does make it... um... "strong", yes. french press is great but i'm cheap and don't like cleaning things. tea-bagging the coffee is good too, thats what i usually do but a single slow drip through the filter and grounds seems like it tastes best... you get less of the bitter silt at the bottom like you get by tea-bagging it

How come so many people drink coffee? It's like some people can't function if they don't get their brew. I've never found caffeine to be addicting, but I only drink coffee two or three times per year, so I can't say I have a physiological tolerance to it and I don't drink soda or consume anything else caffeinated.
A while back they've built a Dunkin' Donuts 3 minutes away from my home and workplace. An iced coffee sounds nice and I'm thinking about drinking coffee more frequently & regularly to see what gives, but I think they're expensive over there.

It isn't I can't function, I just love the taste. I hardly drink coffee at all on my days at home. Just doesn't register half the time. At work though, it is a nice little treat to help get the work day off to a good start.
I don't need coffee (ie: I can drop all caffeine anywhere at any time), I just enjoy the taste.

While I was walking to work I gave Dunkin' a try. $3.00 (after tax) for a 14 oz (medium) cup of toasted almond blended in hazelnut. No sweeteners or dairy.
Cliffs: -drink coffee at the start of my shift (this was the first time I consumed caffeine in 6+ months) -started to feel jittery and uncomfortable -20 or so minutes later, jitters go away -I feel like a force induced engine and turn into a workhorse conclusion: tomorrow i'm getting an extra large.
