Starter problem?
Hi guys,
When I start the bike each morning or when it has not been used for some time this happens: 1. Insert key 2. Turn on the bike 3. Turn on the engine kill switch 4. Press my thumb on the starter button And ... What i hear is a faint KKkkkksszzzkzzz sound coming from somewhere under the seat ( not really sure ) and it takes about 3 to 4 seconds before the starter starts to crank the engine. What could be causing this? Battery needs replacement? Charger not working properly? |

Clean and tighten your battery connections. Check to ensure nothing is shorting out or pinched.
Should be a simple fix.
