Hey everyone!

New member from Florida Panhandle, better known as lower Alabama. I am located just outside of Pensacola, Florida. I am also new to Ninjas or should I say going to be new to them. I have not purchased a bike yet but I am working on getting my first soon. I have done a lot of research in the past month and the Ninja 250 is what I am going to hopefully pickup. I hope that this website will help me to learn all I need to know about Ninja 250's.

If you are local to me (Southeast Region US), let me know and maybe we can get together for some riding or meet ups.

Just got my bike today and I promised to return with pictures. It's a 2004 Ninja 250 with a 2007 motor. Has about 2000 miles on it and not a scratch anywhere. Traded my truck for it that I paid $900 for two years ago. This little bike packs a punch too, very easy to get the RPM's up and the wheels rolling.

Welcome Chris! Interesting graphics on the bike. Did the previous owner let you in on what happened to the first motor?

The bike was sold by it's original owner with a blown head gasket. The owner I bought it from had the spare engine and put it on. He asked me if I wanted the old motor for parts and I said no. I kind of wish I would have taken it now so I could use it to learn about these engines, tear it down and build it back up a few times.

Tomorrow is last day of my MSF class! Will be in DMV first thing Monday to get my endorsement then register my bike and hopefully be on the road by noonish!

MSF is complete! I got a 98% on the written test and lost only 4 points on the practical exam! Will be at DMV in the morning and then register the bike shortly after!
