For some odd reason I thought that when going over a bump instead of bracing myself, I should stand up a little....

Welp, apparently I didnt stand up high enough because when i rode over the bump... BAMM hit my right in the goodies.

Flex quads to raise yourself off the tank a little but keep you knees locked on the tank so you don't slap em.

Don't know much about it myself but I hear there's a expensive surgery which can fix that for you. Don't forget to factor in the cost of hormone treatments before you decide if it's worth it to you.

I'm still playing catch-up from my year long absence and any dead thread from that time that makes me want to say something might be worth bumping in case others feel the same way. Forum churn keeps the good conversations flowing!

My bumps in this section should be getting newer and newer. I've worked my way up to July 2013 in the General Motorcycling forum.

Why has nobody mentioned boxer briefs? and scootch back just a little... all you need is half and inch... But the key to preventing pinch points is after the shower.... wrap 'em up and tuck em down inside a pair of proper fitting boxer briefs....

also, going bald keeps hair out of the pinch points and skin slides on skin better, so they tend to stay where you put them instead of getting pulled all cattywompus...

Next up would be pants - tighter fitting jeans, or jeans which tend to stick/grip the seat tends to ride up and start the pressure build. The slightest bump gets amplified with the pressurized situation, so keep things from getting all wrapped up jeans that slide smoothly on skin and on seat are a must...

Hopefully this helps! Let the good times roll!

Well, you obviously wear boxers... With the right underwear which effectively wicks moisture, this wasn't even a problem for me 13 Liters later, in a full leather race suit, at 110F with 80% humidity riding through Kansas...

stop wearing loose fit boxers on the bike...I had this problem too, switched to regular boxers and compression shorts on long rides and all is good!!

For the record, I wear sports bras a lot because at 23 I have already given up on life that much and no, if you are busty it is WAY better to wear a full bra. Nevermind that I have lady gear but every time I hit a speed bump I slap myself with my own ****, and it hurts like running up the stairs without a bra does.

Ladies ! don't listen to her! best attire is a nice jacket and a wife beater/tank top
sport bras are only appropriate if you wear no shirt.

Trust me on this!!!!

The only time I have ever had one of the egg cracking moments was when I had the stupid idea of wheeling my 250.

sweet wheelie, set it down, park the bike. lay on the ground moaning… 45min later ride it home and park it. Boxer briefs and good proper grip with your legs keeps you situated. Nice wicking boxer briefs

Spooph - you go all out- remind me of those swimmers that shave their whole body for hydro dynamic advantage.

ADJUSTMENT TIME HAHAHAHA

It's boxers for the ladies and Y-fronts on the bike Stick to that formula and you will be fine. Boxers on the bike are just anarchy, it's a farm without a fence.

this is my favorite thread ever.

one time I was riding with my friend and we rode for like 45 minutes without having to stop and put our feet down. when I finally stopped I realized I hadn't moved my ass on the seat even half an inch, and it was almost like my parts down there had fallen asleep. weeeeird. I have no idea what he was going through.

I'm glad I'm female, once in awhile I'll shift around in the seat but I definitely have a much better time with my sleek and aerodynamic and compact form

oh and I have small boobs so thats never been a problem, its not like they bounce on the gas tank at speed bumps
