Philly girl new to bikes

Hey, I'm Ashley and I finally got my 2010 Ninja 250R about a month ago and I am enjoying everyday with it. Unfortunately, being in the city, I can't enjoy nice rides with long open roads, but if anyone knows where I could go to have a peaceful ride that would be great. I'd appreciate advice for a city rider. Thanks

Welcome

Yeah that ride we did was really nice and scenic, though wet roads made this desert rat wonder if my tires would hold. Y'all need to fix that leaky cloud.

hello and welcome, philly isn't ridiculously far from me though I tend to go west when I ride in PA

I think you'll find that the bike will make you want to go out and explore some back roads down the line, if you're ever planning to ride a good bit west of philly then I know a few good roads and though I'm a bit of a hotshot on my own I can ride at a reasonable group friendly pace

If you have a spare day, there's much to enjoy in PA. Even on the turnpike, anywhere west of King of Prussia is pretty much twisty highway with fair traffic.

Yeah, I'm definitely going to ride in that area once I feel more comfortable ridding, but I'm also looking to find a place with a lot of trees and a nice peaceful view.
