Intermediate Class, so no passing on the inside. Passed a couple of gixxers in my other vid tho (ninja 250r vs CBR250R)

pfffffffffff Firefox is for newbs. But I went and checked out some extensions for Opera anyway and found a youtube only ad blocker

Being a strangely weird person, I like ads on webpages, I just don't like them shoved in my face

I have lucked into some killer deals/sales from ads but since I started using adblock I don't think I can go back to seeing the bulk of ads on sites. And it helps with my crappy backwoods bandwidth here in the hills of KY.

Looks like SMX-5 boots? Not a diss on you or anything, but the smx5 isnt really a track boot meant to take a hit like that, a pair of super tech R's may have had a different outcome

Sucks about your foot though! Hope it heals up quickly!

They were boots by AXO. Highly considering a pair of new A*'s before the next trackday though.

I don't think so. I think my toes bent back similar to the way they flex when you're walking. Also sprained my ankle on the same side really bad, which I assume some high quality A*'s could have prevented. The sprain hurt worse than the foot.

Awesome gloves! I've got two pairs and recommend them to all my friends. I think you get a lot for the money. They've held up very well (through my numerous crashes)

Those are Alpinestars SP2 full leather gauntlets. The new versions are slightly different with the ring/pinky finger attachments. They retail for about $110.

heal well fast! Those were some pretty baller skills in the turns, anyone can go fast in a straight line lol.

Noob question though...what do you (or anyone else think) was the cause of this? Overloading the tires with too much acceleration and turning? Any way to recover?

Thanks!

The kickstand mount (welded to the frame) hangs really low and limits ground clearance on the left side. I rotated on top of the kickstand mount, which lifted the rear wheel off the ground causing the lowside.

**Notice: the 2013 models have the whole kickstand assembly tucked away nice and neat **

I just noticed this video on youtube. When I saw your description of what happened it made me worried I might catch my kick stand... then I saw how low you went before it caught and decided that it probably wont be a problem for me lol! I did scrape a foot peg feeler once, but that has been my limit!

It's nice to hear Kawasaki have sorted out this issue on the 2013 ninjette.

@Penguin1120: How's your foot now?

Op it appears you had the bike too far leaned over. Just before you crashed your head was in with the top of the bike and not on the left side "kissing" the mirror. You appeared crossed up. Doing good til then though. I was rooting the whole time for you to pass the Gixxer twit.
