That dude with the red/black car looked kinda cool when he did the sweet parking job.
...only he didn't intend to

It looks like the standard SR is to just mash on the brake pedal.

But really, there's lots of idiots on bikes out there too. Everyone makes a fool out of themselves in front of the camera.

Nothing like a little risk on your ride.

My question is why do so many cars feel the need to just rail the gas pedal through turns? On the motorcycle I ROLL on the throttle through turns. In a car, I ease on the gas through turns.

I see so many drivers spinning tires and sliding around these turns, why can't they just ease on through the turn and wait until they're past apex to get into the gas more? That would save so much hassle. Just stop driving like a 15-year-old with an adrenaline rush!

????

I've seen loads of videos of bikes (and cars) losing it on Mulholland. In many of the videos it looks like they're taking it pretty easy and yet they still lose traction. On cars, it looks like the issue is understeer. On bikes, it looks like it's just plain lack of grip. I've never been there so I'm interested to know what's the issue? Is the road surface really bad?

There are many ways to initiate a drift, one of them is a surge of throttle to cause the rear to slip and step out. You can do the same on a bike. Pedrosa does it all the time. He spins it up at apex, especially in the wet. It's also an extremely fun way to square off a corner in the dirt.

It seems to me that most of these drivers need to upgrade to FWD.
