Title the video "POPCORN EXHAUST PRANK - BIKER'S REACTION" (the all-caps is important! - most of your hits will come from people with severe ADD. They don't look at lower case stuff.)

Also: keep the video short. Less than 2 minutes.

Also: Preferably do it to someone has very dramatic emotional reactions or someone who is prone to extremely angry outbursts.

... and make sure you monetize the video.

You can use the peeps of ninjette.org to roll in the initial hits.

Given how many track bikes have gopro mounts on them, should be fairly easy to set up a stealth recording of all the angles for the setup, the event, and the reaction.
