Spark plugs, they DO matter!
Nobody had the NGK plugs here and I needed new plugs to get the ninja on the road.
I picked up the equivalent Autolite plugs, and it finally started up and idled well and ran GREAT. 50 miles on back roads, not a single hiccup. The next day I did my 40 mile expressway commute, and a few miles into the trip, I started getting a miss and less power. By the time I got to the office, it would barely run! Pulled the plugs and found both were white, and one of them had some pitting on the electrode, and the insulator. Today I put in the NGK plugs, ran the bike up to expressway speeds + and had no issues for 10 miles. So, I'm just confirming the "use NGK plugs only" recommendation!

It seems fine, no real indications of it being lean, (As in how it runs) the plug was showing indications of possibly being too high of a heat range. Compared to the NGK the Autolite was a tiny bit longer, which could have been the issue.
The ninja 250 FAQ says to not to use anything but the NGK, because the others have been known to melt at expressway speeds. I got lucky I will do a plug chop tomorrow to see how she looks though just to be sure

They are out, that's the reason for this thread.
After some highway miles, they started to disintegrate!
