do you have a car?
I'm adding a tow hitch to mine and getting a trailer, while said trailer would be primarily used for getting my bike to the track it would work just fine for a dirt bike. Total cost is going to be around $500-600 for the trailer + the tow hitch with installation. Granted that's a good chunk of money.

There are some lower seat height dual sports out there that either are short enough for my 29" inseam or have an easy lowering kits that don't mess up the bike.

I want a BMW G650GS, a Suzuki V-Strom 650, or a Suzuki DR200SE.

Though I did sit on the new Triumph Tiger 800 XC that had been lowered and OMG I could reach!

This makes sense, but I think I reach this point sooner on the speed spectrum than most people. Let's just say I'm a lightweight when it comes to speed, or I have low tolerance... I can enjoy 50mph just as easily as anyone else can enjoy 85... I like slow corners, like corners where you're leaned over but at 30-45mph instead of 104. And yeah, he is part of the Ducati group I was telling you about. Scared everyone shitless when all he posted on Facebook was a photo of him in a neck brace thanking Allah for giving him a second chance
When it comes to dirt bikes I can blaze a sand wash in 6th gear but I'm having the most fun in 2nd and 3rd gear single tracks with lots and rocks to clear and carve.

Unfortunately when I comes to asphalt I don't start having fun till well over 100mph(due to my unique background) so it makes it simply stupid or impossible to have fun on the street. There are times I truely envy those of you who can get a rush and have so much fun just going 10mph over the speed limit

nevadawolf a triumph tiger 800xc is probably the ideal bike for the type of riding that you do

to further prove rojo's point he had a thread a while ago when he was trying to figure out how to stay awake on his bike when riding near the speed limit because it's too boring to him.

Yeah I've got a Mazda 3. But also, I might be moving soon, don't wanna add to my list of possessions I might have to get rid of. Also, that's more of a chunk of money than I really have right now lol.

The V-strom is nice. KLR250 is street legal but I think they're kinda ugly, I'd have to modify it haha. Suzuki DRZ 400 are so freakin big, I saw one in person once and it was twice the size I thought it should have been.

I'm thinking a KLR650 would also be but its too tall for me. In all seriousness, if i had the funds, I'd probably go for the v-strom.

The KLR 650 is about as tall as a drz400 afaik.

<3 triumphs I like triumphs the way that you like ducatis lol
My ideal is a street triple r for the street then a cbr600rr/636 and my 250/300 for street & track with a supermoto/dirt bike somewhere in there. I'm going to own way too many bikes throughout my lifetime lol

the tiger is ridiculously comfortable to sit on, I can flat foot it easily like my 300. I can barely get both feet down on a klr650 similarly to a cbr600rr

I saw them 12 o'clock boyz after orioles opening day this year. It looked like they were having a ton of fun, and they weren't ****ed up on drugs which makes them better in my book than about half the city of baltimore. If I grew up in the same area and experienced the same **** they have I'd probably be in the gang.

I'm 5'4" with a 29" inseam. I am just able to reach from a 32" seat height, though I'd be more comfortable 30"-31".

The KLR is too big for me.

Those are nice bikes, you would have an admirable garage. I can't even start with what I'd park in mine, it would def. include my 250 and a 696.

I'm 5'5ish, I dunno how long my legs are but they are long for my height. Sometimes I feel uncomfortable with the foot position on my pregen, my knees feel too bent and I would like my feet a little further back to alleviate that angle. When I rode the 696 it felt perfect and the seat height is 30 inches. I think I could handle 32 at most, but I like to flat-foot.

Addiction to relative speed is a very complicated psychological phenomenon.
I say relative because we are all moving at huge speeds around the Earth, around the Sun, within the Galaxy.
We like the speed that can be compared to things in repose or moving slower.
It is a feeling of power, which most brains love.

Most riders and drivers don't realize that what kills and destroys is the sudden deceleration.
That by doubling the speed, the destructive energy and forces quadruplicates (grows with the square of speed, just like the braking distances).

Moto Gymkhana is an ideal sport for your approach to riding.

I believe Allah wants him to give me that dangerous bike so others can't get hurt from it's seductive ways.

the first point you made was that it is not riding above skill level, it is riding above an arbitrary speed limit that someone else decided was valid for cars. -- this is incorrect. riding above your own personal limits is what causes issues. not some arbitrary limit someone decided on for cars.

the second point you made was that there are fewer obstacles on track vs the street. while it is true, it still has nothing to do with what i said. and in fact lends itself to the point i was making. riding above your own personal skill limits means you are going to have issues when you need to make changes. being able to make adjustments and changes that you need to make means riding within your skill level.

whether its on track, in the canyons, in your drive way, or in videogames. riding outside of your skill level results in a crash most of the time. not riding above some arbitrary limit that someone who has no relation to you set. not following a law that has nothing to do with the vehicle you're on. simply, your own skill is what keeps you from crashing. nothing more, nothing less.
Let me try another way. I am saying ones skill has nothing to do with speeding
If you are doing it at the wrong time. Ie interstate is clocked with morning drivers and you are trying to top out your Zx14. Your skill level dose not mater in a split sec. Now on the same freeway at night the risk is so much lower. Also lets not forget the fact this was in a group ride and we all know how most of them take place.

skill is what keeps you from crashing in whatever situation you put yourself in

I'm adding a tow hitch to mine and getting a trailer, while said trailer would be primarily used for getting my bike to the track it would work just fine for a dirt bike. Total cost is going to be around $500-600 for the trailer + the tow hitch with installation. Granted that's a good chunk of money.
What trailer would be getting?

I like the look and price of that, are you worried about Harbor Freight quality? I've never gotten anything of it, so I can't speak from experience, but I've always heard HF has shoddy quality stuff, that's why it's so cheap. I wouldn't want it to fall apart halfway to the track lol
