Why am I here? Hello from Russellville, AR
My name is Donniejoe and I'm from Russellville Arkansas. I've been riding since 1970. Learn how to ride on a Honda S 90 that belonged to my Dad. I got a Honda Trail 70 of my own, then a Yamaha 90 Enduro, a Yamaha 175 Enduro, a Suzuki 185 dirt bike, a Suzuki 380 then life happened. The 380 laid down in 1983 and I stopped riding for 25 years for lack of funds and the joys of fatherhood. I bought a Honda 1300 VTX in 2008 and leaped back into riding. I've racked up 50,000 miles on it in the past five years. My wife didn't enjoy the back seat so she got her own Honda 750 Aero. She loves it. We have a big time riding the Arkansas Ozarks whenever we can. Living near Russellville, the fun starts at the end of my driveway. There are tons of great roads just waiting to ride here. We're so lucky! I have been on the VTXOA forum since 2008, so I'm not new to motorcycle forums.
So why am I on the Ninjette forum? My grown daughter acquired a 2006 Ninjette. She got a great deal but it had been sitting for about four years. You can guess what the carbs looked like. I love to do my own wrenching so I'll do my best to get it going myself. I'll be relying on the cumulative knowledge here to get it going again and take it to the mountains.

I plan to do a full maintenance on it before putting it on the road. Lots of good info here.
