Ninja 300 in Sweden

Hi,

I have a limegreen Ninja 300 with some 20 000 km on the clock. It is completely stock. I am doing all the maintenance myself, and hope to contribute with hints and tips on that.

I have fitted Givi softhard (hardsoft) side cases, the model made for the Ninja 300. They fit well and work well. Plenty of space for touring, secure fastening and integrates well in the design.

Today I am about to fit a Garmin navigator.

I joined this forum for two reasons: the ads are less intrusive than on other Ninja 250/300 forums, at least so it is usable on an Ipad 1. The other reason is that the competence and level of the discussion seem to be on a higher level than on other forums. Especially the work by cuong-nutz, garth and bruce is impressive. It is truly refreshing to see a discussion away from the common exhaust mod and richer fuelling.

Rolf

Any pics of your bike with the bags installed? Curious what they really look like vs the factory ideal in promo pics. I'm going to be getting hard saddlebags for my 250 eventually and like seeing how they fit on others.

It's a big country with lots of countryside roads, and very little traffic. The downside is that the season is short, most people don't ride more than six months a year. I try to stretch it to nine months.
