Just got my 300 :)
Hey guys I've been a visitor to the site for a while finally decided to register now I actually have a bike.
I had my mind made up that I wanted a 2nd hand ninja 250 for my first bike after doing a fair bit of reseaching online. I came across ninjette and soon had the whole bike planned out in my head. I came across the perfect bike online that had just been traded at my local dealer (500m from home) Blue 8,000kms $4450 full service history, by the time I got down there a day or 2 later the bike had sold  I had a bit of a chat to the blokes there and they said they could get me out the door on a brand new 2012 special edition 250 for $5500. Then I saw the 300 in the flesh, I had had a look at it online and had originally ruled it out due to budget, and didn't realise that it had actually been released yet. The more I weighed up my options I decided I wasn't going to buy a brand new bike that was out dated the moment I rode out the door so the 250 was off the table. So I came to the conclusion that the 300 was the bike for me. I picked her up 2 days ago and I absolutely love it. Have only put 150kms on it so far but it should be double that by this afternoon  Unfortunately I haven't really ridden any other road bikes apart from the two ol girls I learnt on and don't have the experience to give a comparison or detailed report.Only plans for the bike so far are: Tint the windsheild Maybe some rim tape, haven't decided what colour yet. Braided brake lines. Full Area P system (when its released) and maybe wire up a gps I'm certain this list will grow as more parts and accessories become available. Nice! I want one so bad. I thought about it, but chose to buy a new track bike instead and keep my little 250 a while longer. Looks like a bad ass bike though!

I actually have had this bike for about 2 weeks almost 3 now I was the second one in my state to own it... on the windshield leave it looks like it's not even there and the tape due white make Ur rim pop out even more and make it look bigger then it is just an idea that's what I'm going to do

About the color thing they have only released the white to the USA market and a few country's in Europe and I think Australia has them all they haven't even put the 2 other colorson their site yet but there is going to be a red one and a grey one as well but the green and black r due later this year for all markets
