So when you get this longer chain do you plan to not move the wheel back to meet the chain this time ether? You don't need a 108 chain to fit a 15t sprocket and any time you change sprockets or chains you'll need to move the wheel to adjust the chain slack, it's a must. Since you've already ordered a 108 then go ahead and use it, both options work fine. Id suggest dropping the rear a few teeth to a 43 because 15-45 still feels way to high in the rpms at hwy speeds. I run 15-41 setup on my bike and I like it a lot but that's just my opinion.

Redoing my HID RETROFIT. It doesn't look like I have much left of the Chinese 7" round. I need to reform the headlight lens to clear the projector lens. I have the hid housing as far back in the reflector as I possibly can and will have to cut out the rear headlight housing. Hope I have enough room back there.

Definitely can run 106 links with 15/45 gearing and a 90 series tire.
The 90 tire has no problems going to either extreme of the adjustment range in my experience. And 15/45 works fine with 106 links. So I don't have direct experience with that combination of tire size and gearing, but they're independent variables. |

I gets stickers today!! Not sure about the size. Left a pack of cigs in view for size reference. Wanted to put them on the tail, but at first glance they look too big. Might contact the seller and see if he can size down 20% smaller of so.

Its all tossed on but you get the idea. It kinda overpowers the Kawasaki decal on the tank. Might see if a local person can match it up and size it down

@gantt
that tank graphics are under the clear coat, to change those are going to be a bit of a PITA Another option is to have ones made to match the scale. Try contacting eBay seller 69CAM, He did mine, and even in reflective silver. Or try contacting yellowdoggraphics.com, they also made my SERENITY graphics as well, and go custom orders. https://picasaweb.google.com/1006527...Iz7pKC8lo6CiAE https://www.ninjette.org/forums/blog.php?b=8341 https://www.ninjette.org/forums/blog.php?b=8347

[QUOTE=Ghostt;1000253]Okay, personally I think it looks good.[/QUOTE im just going to rock it for a while. should be able to get a set of tires for it very soon. I hate looking at the bike every day and not riding it. I brought the ninja650 out last week for the season. it helped ease the pain, but the 250 is what im looking forwards to riding! I wouldn't mind it being smaller, but its growing on me like it is. thanks for your input

Flushed and filled the coolant. Threw the tail farings and tank on. Tossed on the seat and blasted through the neighborhood. I love this exhaust! With clean carbs, exhaust and jet kit, this bike feels so much better! Still need to sync the carbs and tidy up a few things. This bike wants to turn! With the gsxr shock it feels much better. Now it makes the front feel like doo doo. Raised the rear 1.5 inch's as well. I will have to get used to the bike again. Its definitely different than it was 10 months ago when I stopped riding it.
