Kawi H2r ordered!
Hopefully it will be in before a few of these track days everyone is talking about. I want to learn on the track not the street.
Do you "definitely" have to wear a helmet on track days?

I almost believed you there.....god one.
On side note, when I was into Kawai dealer the other day to have tire put on, They had an H2r sitting in show room. Pretty sure it was the street legal version, but still. That thing looks like it's from outer space. They had a sign on it saying, "Sold, DO NOT TOUCH". some lucky rich bastard is going to have some fun, hopefully not some rich guy in a midlife crisis that ends up wrapping it around a tree though. |

damn, I believed it for a second. You're exactly the person that seems like you would get one of those and then ride it exactly as it was designed to be ridden

For the fat tire fans (this coming from the guy with VRossi wheels and a 150/60), the H2R has a 190/65-17 while the H2 has a 200/55-17. The H2R's tire is 7.5" wide with a 4.86" sidewall height, while the H2's is 7.9" and 4.33". The street version has a fat, low-profile tire while the race version has a tall, skinny tire (relatively speaking).

saw one of the street versions today at dealer ship, it did not have any of the big air fins that were in all the photos months ago

I've had mine for a few days now.
I'm already bored with the power. It's really not that fast. I did like 185mph on the interstate the other day and it's cool for a bit. But my buddy's on their gixxer 1000's could hang with me pretty good. I think I'm gonna add nitrous to go faster. Sometimes you just need more power when riding in traffic. |

I saw one at a local dealer with Subzero yesterday. It was already marked as sold. I'd like to see the guy who bought it try to drive it home. He's either going to wreck or he's going to pussy foot around on that bike so much he might as well have got a Grom.
The thing was beastly though. I'd totally buy one if I had mutant healing powers. Alas, no.

To be followed soon thereafter by a crash video shot at "that" turn on Mulholland drive. You know the one. You KNOW these things are going to happen.
