new member, 95 ninja 250 drivetrain on Eton-Viper 90 Frame

I bought a wrecked 1995 ninja 250 to so i could swap the drivetrain onto an ATV chassis, so far ive got it all mounted on, and it will start up and run, however when i purchased the bike the header was removed from the bike, i had to buy the collars that hold the header to the head, and i have the half moon things that go into the collars, however there has to be something that im missing that goes between the colors and the flange itself he collars will hit the mounting bosses and theres nothing that i have that holds the stock Header tightly to the head itself. i guess i need to take a picture of what im talking about, but im assuming theres something that goes in that section, At this point i have about $300 in the entire setup Bike and ATV together and i have some extra plastics and taillights and what not that ill sell once im finished, But for now i just want to get the exhaust hooked up properly and i know im missing something on how it mounts to the head.

any help would be appreciated, and hopefully ill post some pictures of the finished ninja 250 ATV once its finished.

Why would I have pics of his bike?
By insinuating that I do and that this is it, I can show something ridiculous as if it were his and the joke should be obvious.

got to take it for a ride today for the first time, it runs much better when its under load, BUT im getting fuel overflowing from the carb, so i need to adjust the float bowl levels, it still smells rich, so im thinking that its just dumping in too much fuel, i may need to get a full rebuild kit for the carbs, im not sure, also the angle is about 4-5 degree's off of stock on the engine so the carbs are sitting alittle forward that can probably be causing the fuel leaking from the overflow tube.

iom going to have to get new brake pads for the front brakes, they are sticking and i know its because they are too worn down. and im going to HAVE to get a gas cap, right now it has a plastic bag stuffed into the hole and stuffed down the edges of the cap cover area, it isnt leaking, but it isnt safe enough for me, but it was fine for a test drive, also, Mufflers are a MUST!!!!!

Nice! Replica fuel lids are on eBay for under $20 but I think you probably want a twist-off.

im going to try to make the video public, but if you look up matthew cantley on facebook you can see the ATV in action doing some donuts, 10,000 RPM is all ive got it upto so far, but seeing as with no air box that 5,000 RPM was all i could do, im happy for the improvement.

looks like a low and mean ride
