Am I the only one who thinks that girl looked way too young to be on a street bike even as a passenger?

I don't think this was in the US, maybe some place where having a kid sitting helmetless on your lap while you ride your Burgmann is considered just fine.

This looks like it is somewhere in Asia. It's pretty typical to see a whole family riding on a scooter or 125cc with no helmets or safety gear. It's just the way they roll.
