Hard to tell.... Try new crush washers first.

Do you know if there's a specific one to use?

this video is useless... can't see anything
from what i gather, its leaking from the drain plug... is there something wrong with the drain plug? did you just do an oil change? it just started leaking on its own? maybe put it up on a stand and take photos where you can actually see the thing you're taking a photo of... maybe like with a light or something.

It started shortly after an oil change. So I'm hoping it's the plug, I think I might just add a little oil to keep it filled and put a new plug in it when I change the oil.

If it is torqued correctly, just make sure you verify that the oil filter cover as well as the drain threads are not stripped or cracked. There have been cases of both.

I didn't use a torque wrench when I changed the oil I also put a new crash washer on. When I checked after I noticed it leaking I tried tightening it with a torque wrench. I guess I'll just buy a new crush washer and check that again.
Can I just drain the oil out and check an then reuse the oil I drained out? |
